How to handle insurance claim?
You or someone on your behalf should report a claim to us as soon as reasonably possible after you are in an accident, and you can do so by calling our Orange Insurance Claims Office either direct: (305) 414-6288 or toll free (877) 785-5441. Our office hours to call are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST), Monday through Friday.
You can report a claim online by clicking here (link) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Make sure to get your car to a safe and secure place after the accident.
If your car was towed, please get the name and address of the location your car was towed to so that we can get that information from you once a claim is set up.
Collect important documents related to the accident to provide to us, including any Driver Exchange Information, Police Reports and/or Police Report ID #.

Orange must determine if your accident is covered, and in order to do this, the Claims Team has to gather facts and evidence to support any acceptance or denial of coverage for your claim.
This can include getting a Recorded Statement over the phone, or a written statement of facts, from you and the other driver, as well as obtaining photographs of the vehicles and the scene of the accident, and reviewing Police Reports and applicable traffic laws related to the accident.

The Orange Insurance Claim: From Accident to Resolution
Our Claims Team will be contacting you within 24 hours of your new claim being reported to Orange.
STEP 1: Determine COVERAGE on Your POLICY
We will review the insurance policy to determine what damages, (property and/or injury), are covered for the accident.
STEP 2: Obtain FACTS of the ACCIDENT
We will contact the drivers and passengers from the accident to get their Statements of how the Accident happened.
STEP 3: ESTIMATE of DAMAGES
We will secure photos of your vehicle’s damage, as well as an Estimate of the damages to your vehicle by our experienced Claims Team
STEP 4: DOCUMENTS that provide FACTS of the Accident
We will obtain additional facts and evidence regarding the accident, such as Police Reports, Photos of the Scene and Vehicles, and Driver and Witness Statements.
STEP 5: RESOLUTION of Claim
We will come to a final decision on the Claim based upon the Policy Coverage and the Facts of the Accident.
